Perhaps File > Options > General, clear the check box "Show Mini Toolbar on selection"?I just opened Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit a document and was greeted with a popup box about using e-signatures (see attachment). The "X" to close the box is grayed out, and hitting "Try Now" goes nowhere. I also can't close Acrobat (have to use Force Quit). Suggestions to get around this and get Acrobat working normally?.
